She is trusted by hotel leadership, creative teams, and clients for her calm presence, thoughtful planning, and ability to elevate operations and guest experiences.​ Her work includes managing production teams in Napa, planning city-wide conventions in Denver, consulting for a Leading Hotels of the World property in Palm Springs, and advising on strategy for hospitality businesses at every stage.

Sharon lives in the Pacific Northwest and finds joy in hiking, camping, and playing music with her band. She teaches at Portland’s TeaFest PDX each summer and rarely passes up the chance to talk food and beverage.
